Calgary, AB (PRWEB) July 16, 2007 - Apis Design, a Calgary-based web design company, is proud to announce a partnership with the Institute for Sustainable Energy, Environment and Economy Student's Association (ISEEESA). Apis is donating its branding, online strategy and web development services free of charge to promote the Students' World Energy Congress (SWEC), being held in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in November, 2008.

Mark Blackwell, president of the ISEEE Students Association, approached Apis Design in May looking for web design services. After meeting with Mr. Blackwell, Robin Eldred, president of Apis Design, decided to offer forth Apis' services as sponsorship in lieu of payment.

"We are very excited to be a key sponsor for SWEC 2008", says Mr. Eldred. "The issues of sustainability being tackled by the ISEEE are both highly topical and critically important to the way we all live. Coupled with my own personal education in Ecology, helping out is simply a no-brainer."

The initial branding and first phase of website development is currently underway. It is expected that the first phase of the studentenergy.ca website will go live by early August.

About the ISEEESA -

The University of Calgary established ISEEE in 2003 to provide leadership and coordination for developing and implementing energy- and environment-related initiatives at the University. The Institute builds on considerable strengths in research and academic programs in energy and the environment at the U of C.
